We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how refunds work.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered
- Your order is lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window
- You are requesting a return within our return window (see below), where applicable
Return Window
If you'd like to return an unopened, unused item for a refund, you have [14/30] days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. How to Request a Refund

- If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include photos.

Approved Refunds
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping costs are non refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, where accepted), return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Non Returnable / Non Refundable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
