We stand behind the quality of our products. This policy explains what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
What's Covered
Korae warrants that products purchased directly from trykorae.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period stated below.
Warranty Period
Products are covered for [30/90/365] days from the date of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, or failure to follow included instructions
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
- Cosmetic changes that don't affect function (e.g., minor scuffs)
- Products purchased from unauthorized third party resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email contact@trykorae.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect.
- We will review your claim and respond within [2–3] business days.
- If approved, we will offer (at our discretion) a replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price.
Resolution
Once a warranty claim is approved:
- Replacement: We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
- Repair: If applicable, we will provide instructions or arrange for repair.
- Refund: If a replacement isn't available or suitable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
We may ask you to return the defective item before completing your resolution; if so, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or proof of purchase from trykorae.com is required for all warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole remedy for defective products, and Korae is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects. This warranty does not affect any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law, which cannot be limited by this policy.
